The Paragon setup in this build has 302.9% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies, which results in a huge 2.21x damage multiplier (302.9 x 0.40)! This can be further increased with affixes on gear. Close Quarters Combat is changed from providing a flat 30% increased damage against Crowd Controlled enemies to increasing damage dealt by 40% of the total amount of your Damage vs Crowd Controlled bonus. The change to Critical Strike Damage and Vulnerable Damage to be additive with other damage bonuses applies to all classes, and does not make Rogues weaker compared to other classes.
